  1. 2 cupsthick poha
  2. 1onion
  3. 1potato
  4. 4green chilli
  5. 1 sprigcurry leaves
  6. 1spoon mustard seeds
  7. 1spoon jeera
  8. 1spoon turmeric powder
  9. 4spoon peanuts
  10. 1spoon lemon juice
  11. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves finely chopped
  12. 1spoon coconut grated
  13. as neededSmall Sev
  14. 3spoon oil
  15. 1spoon sugar
  16. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash poha remove water add salt and sugar, and chop onion, potato, chilli, and curry leaves.

    Heat oil add mustard seeds, jeera let them crackle add chopped potato, onion, chilli, and curry leaves. saute for a while then add peanut, and turmeric powder and mix it well.

    Add lemon juice, coriander leaves, serve on a plate add grated coconut and a small Sev and enjoy.
