Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlpoha
  2. 2onion finely chopped
  3. 1potato boiled and finely chopped
  4. 1green chilli, finely chopped
  5. 6-7curry leaves
  6. 1lemon juice
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. 1 tspmustard seed
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspsugar
  11. 2 tbspfried peanut
  12. As Per RequiredFresh coriander leaves
  13. As Per TasteSalt
  14. As RequiredWater
  15. ForServing
  16. 1 cup sev

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse and strain poha. Add all dry masala, salt n lemon juice and mix it well. Now Put fried peanuts and chopped potato. Heat a Kadai, pour oil, and add mustard seed as it becomes hot. Add green chili and chopped onions and saute well. Now it's time to add poha and mix it well.

    Finally, add chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot. Add sev and Garnish it with onion slices, green chili, and lemon.

    This is the best option to have with tea or coffee for the breakfast. You can take it in a lunchbox also.
