Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 kgall mix vegetables
  2. some leafy veggies like methi leaves, spinach, and spring onion
  3. 2Chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tbspseasome seeds
  6. 2-3chopped green chillies
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. as requiredChopped coriander
  9. 4 tbspoil
  10. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tbspgaram masala
  13. 1 tbspKanda lahsun masala
  14. 1 tbspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take all the above vegetables clean and wash and chopped and keep a side, take above all the ingredients together.

    Heat the pan pour oil if oil is hot add cumin seeds and chopped onion ginger garlic paste.

    Mix it well and cook for five minutes, nw add red chilli powder, Kanda lahsun masala, turmeric powder, garam masala, add chopped tomatoes,

    Green peasmix it well and cook another five minutes,after that add all chopped vegetables,

    Mix it well now add leafy vegetables and brinjal,mix it properly.

    And cook ten to fifteen minutes add seasome seeds mix it well now our delicious healthy neutricious, tasty yummy mix vegetables sabji is ready to serve.
