  1. 1 medium-sized catfish, cleaned and cut into pieces
  2. 2 tablespoonsground crayfish
  3. 1 tablespoonground pepper
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 2scotch bonnet peppers, chopped
  6. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  7. 1 teaspoonground uziza seeds
  8. 2 tablespoons ground ehu seeds (Calabash Nutmeg)
  9. 2 tablespoonschopped scent leaves (Nchuanwu)
  10. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the catfish thoroughly, cut it into desired pieces, and set aside.

    In a pot, add the chopped onions, minced garlic, and scotch bonnet peppers. Fry for a few minutes until fragrant.

    Pour enough water to cover the catfish in the pot and add salt to taste. Cover the pot and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
