Cooking Instructions

Wash and Sock the mung daal fr 10 mnts.
Cut onion tomato chilli garlic and ginger. - 2
In a pressure cooker add oil, mustard cumin seeds, Bay leaf,red dry chilli, and cinnamon.
Let it sputter with Curry leaves and hing,
Add garlic chili slits,ginger onion and tomato.lastly add salt and saute till tomato gets softened.
Now add all the spices and mix well. - 3
After that add water, drained mung dal and fresh coriander.
Let Water boil then close the lid and cook for 3 whistles. - 4
After cooling down the cooker add lemon juice and kitchen king masala,mix well and transfer the dal into a bowl.
Sprinkle coriander and serve hot..
Enjoy with chapati,bread,naan or rice..👌😋👍🏻
