Ingredients

  1. 1Bael fruit (stone apple)
  2. 2 tbsp sugar
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 4ice cubes
  5. 2 glasswater
  6. 5mint leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Using a rolling pin break the bael and using a spoon scoop out the whole pulp. Using your fingers mash the pulp and remove the seeds.
    The seeds are bitter so remove each seeds carefully.

    Add chilled water and mash it again gently. Now transfer it into a strainer and using a wooden spoon press against a sieve. Extract whole pulp through it leaving behind the large fibers.

    Add sugar and stir to dissolve it completely. In a serving glass add ice cubes, crushed mint leaves and pour the sherbet on top.

    Stir and serve chilled.
