Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in heavy bottom pan and add finely sliced onions

When it turns in light brown in colour add paste of ginger garlic and red chilli

Mix it well

Add tomato puree

Add all the dry masala and khoya

Cook till it leaves oil

Add fresh cream and diced paneer

If needed add little water

Cook for few minutes and then off the gas

Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it hot
