Ingredients

  1. 1/2tuber yam
  2. 2 cubeMaggi
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 cupred oil
  5. 1 tablespooncrayfish
  6. 1locust bean (okpehe)
  7. 1bulb onion
  8. 1 bunchscent leaf
  9. 5fresh pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Put water in a clean pot set on heat add salt to taste allow it to hot

  2. 2

    Peal yam cut it to sizes wash it with clean water arrange in hot water cover it allow it to cook for 20min.

    When it cooked drained the water cover it so it will not dried.

    Wash the scent leaf sliced pour in the molter pound it set aside.

    Clean your onion pepper okpehe (locusts bean) pond together.

  6. 6

    Set clean and dry pot on heat add red oil, onion, the pounded pepper Maggi, salt to taste, crayfish and stir for 2min.

    Add the pounded scent leaf cover and allow it to cook for 4min. Turn off heat served hot along with your white boiled yam. So delicious.
