Ingredients

  1. Bunchvegetable(ugu)
  2. Salt
  3. 3 piecesyellow pepper
  4. 3cksp of palmoil
  5. 2Maggi cubes
  6. Bunchwaterleaf
  7. 3cksp crayfish
  8. 1stockfish
  9. 1/2 kgmeat
  10. 2medium size onionh
  11. Salt
  12. 1 cupgarri

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash vegetable and waterleaf with salt.slice very well.

  2. 2

    Boil stockfish and meat with Maggi and salt.boil till is tender.

  3. 3

    Put pot on fire,heat up till the water drys.

  4. 4

    Pour in the palmoil and bleach for 3mins then add onion.

  5. 5

    Stir and pour in the waterleaf.awaterleaf.allow to fry till the water drys.

  6. 6

    Then pour in the meat and stockfish.but dont pour in the stock.

    Stir and add the crayfish,pepper,Maggi and salt.boil for 4-5mins and stirs.

    Then pour in the vegetable.stir it and bring down.

    Boil water pour in a bowl.then add the garri gradually.allow to cool down

  10. 10

    Mix very well and dish.enjoy with the soup.
