Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsokro Soup grated
  2. 1/2 cupogbono blended
  3. 1 kgbeef
  4. 1big stock fish head
  5. 1big dry fish (Asa)
  6. 7fresh pepper
  7. 1/2bulb onions
  8. 1 tbspiru
  9. 2 tbspcrayfish
  10. 2knorr cube
  11. 1 cuppalm oil
  12. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beef and stockfish and parboil, spice with salt, knorr cube; blend onions and pepper and pour it into the beef stock and allow it cook till the meat is tender

    Wash dry fish and if you have kpomo this is where you add it, allow it cook for about 10mins

    Add crayfish, iru then stir and add palm oil; please note that the meat stock should be on the same level as the beef in the pot before you add your oil

    Stir in the ogbono and stir continuously till its thoroughly mix then add okro; in this soup okro is serve as your vegetable. cook for about 3 minutes then turn off the heat and serve
