Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbeans
  2. 2/3yam cut and diced
  3. 1/2 kgturkey
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  6. 5fresh pepper
  7. 2 tbspcrayfish
  8. 1big onions
  9. 2royco

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and wash beans and set on fire, once its half way tender add yam and allow it cook till both are tender

  2. 2

    In a separate pot, wash and spice turkey to your taste and cook for 10mins

  3. 3

    Add the turkey and the stock into the pot of beans and yam, add royco, onions, salt, pepper, crayfish and palm oil and stir

  4. 4

    Reduce heat and simmer on low heat for about 7mins then turn off the heat and serve
