  1. pickle part
  2. 1 cupkosher pickle juice
  3. 1 1/2 lbchicken thighs, boneless skinless
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. onion peppers
  6. 1 largeonion. sliced
  7. 1/2 cupgreen bell pepper, chopped
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  10. 2 tbspbutter
  11. 1 1/2 cupsliced okra
  12. batter
  13. 1 largeegg
  14. 2 tbspbaking powder
  15. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  16. 1/2 cupcrushed pecans
  17. 1 tbspparsley

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the chicken thighs in pickle juice overnight

    Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit

  3. 3

    Take chicken out of pickle juice, salt and discard the juice.

    Mix the baking powder, egg, parmesan cheese, parsley, and pecans. In a medium bowl

    Dip chicken into batter coat well put on an oven safe pan bake 30 minutes.

    In a pan melt butter add, okra, onions, peppers, salt, and ground black pepper. Sauté till onions and peppers are tender
