Ingredients

  1. The sauce
  2. 4 tbsmayonnaise
  3. 1 tbsDijon mustard
  4. 2 tbsyellow mustard (+ to color)
  5. 1 tbssour cream
  6. 1 tbspickle brine
  7. I tbsp lemon juice
  8. Turmeric (to color)
  9. Onion powder
  10. Garlic powder
  11. Paprika
  12. Dropsoy sauce
  13. Celery salt
  14. leavesChopped Celery
  15. 1 tbssugar
  16. 3egg yolks
  17. The medium
  18. 5large russet potatoes
  19. 3hard boiled egg whites
  20. THE STARS (PICKLES)
  21. (Dark) Sliced Kosher dill minis (mt olive)
  22. (Light) chopped dill pickles (clausen)
  23. Whole Pickled garlic (old south)
  24. Homemade pickled red onions (chopped)
  25. Homemade pickled radish (slices)

Cooking Instructions

    Make hard boiled eggs(12 minutes). Boil peeled potato chunks until tender. Separate yolk from white and mash up yolks.

    Allow the potatoes to cool completely

    Mix all of the sauce ingredients together (stick blender or fork).

  4. 4

    Chop and add all pickles and egg whites, and add to the sauce.

  5. 5

    Put cool potatoes in the sauce mixture, and mix until the potatoes thicken the salad to desired consistency.
