Efo riro with poundo yam
Delicious and sweet meal for the family
Cooking Instructions

Place the washed meat in a pot,add little water season with salt,sliced onion and 2 knorr cubes.add 1-2 cups and boil till the water drys.

Add the smoked fish,stockfish cool for another 10-15minutes.

Place another pot on heat,pour in palmoil like 200ml.allow to heat then add the sliced onion and tatashe fry for 10mins and continuous stirring.

Add the smoked fish/stockfish stir and allow to simmer them add iru and crayfish.

Allow for another 3minutes,add maggi,salt and spinnach leaves.

Allow to simmer that is it a sweet ero iru is ready.

Boil water and lower the heat,then pour in the pound yam and bring it down to mix vigourously.

Place back on the heat add little amount of water and lower the heat.after 4minutes.
