When life gives you grapes, make pickle!
This pickle reminds me of ber ka achaar that my sister used to prepare. When mature this pickle too gives similar sweet and sour flavours.
Gets ready in a jiffy, a must try for pickle lovers.

Ingredients

2 minute
  1. 2 cupsblack seedless grapes
  2. 2 tbspany good pickle masala
  3. 1/2 cupwhite vinegar
  4. 2 tbspcrushed ginger-garlic-green chillies mixed
  5. 1 tbspsesame oil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Sugar(optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut washed and dried grapes into two pieces.

    Heat oil, add crushed ginger garlic and green chillies. Simmer for one minute. Don't let the colour change.

    Add vinegar. Switch off the flame.

  4. 4

    When it cools down or just warm, add pickle masala and salt. Check if yoyr masala already have salt.

    Add this to the grapes. Mix well.

  6. 6

    You can start eating it immediately but it will taste even better after 2 days.

    I have not added sugar as my grapes were sweet, you can add sugar if you like it sweet.

    Refrigerate to increase shelf life and enjoy it with curd-rice, parathas, dal rice pulao, biryani or as it is!
