Ab usme masala ka paste ar sare masale dalkar pakne de.

Ab usme namak dale,medium low par pakne de.

Jab masala oil chrone Lage,tab aloo dalkar thora chalaye

Ab pani dalkar 10 min chor de.phir dahi ko ache se mix karke sabji me dale.

Gas band karein,hare dhania se garnish karein. Apke aloo muttor tayar hai.
