Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 4big Carrots
  2. 4 cupsRice
  3. 1/2 kgTurkey
  4. Vegetable oil for frying
  5. Salt
  6. 1 tablespoonCurry
  7. 2Onion
  8. 3 cubesKnorr
  9. 3Fresh pepper
  10. Green peas

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the turkey with onion,knorr cubes,curry,salt and onion for 25minutes.

    Fry in a hot vegetable oil for 4minutes.turn both sides to fry very well.

    Parboil the rice for 15minutes,rinse twice and keep.

    Wash and cut the carrots and green peas.

  5. 5

    Heat up vegetable in a pot,add sliced onion let it fry for 20seconds.

    Add the tomatoes paste,stir and add fresh pepper salt,curry,knorr cubes and seasoning.fry for 5minutes.

    Pour in the turkey stock and more water.allow it to boil very well pour in the parboiled rice.stir very well and boil for another 15-20minutes.

    Onces is done,pour in the carrots and green peas turn it very well and bring it down.
