Tumeric Jollof Rice

I used tumeric, ginger and garlic to make this rice. No spice at all. It's all natural and very nice.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash and parboil rice for 15minutes
- 2
Blend the mixture of fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper, turmeric, garlic, ginger and onions together.
- 3
Cook mixture till it dries, then fry in groundnut oil to properly dry out.
- 4
Add seasoning cube to the stew, add salt to taste. Remember not to add any spice. Fry mixture for another 3minutes and set aside.
- 5
Boil Titus fish with one seasoning cube, onions, salt and grounded fresh pepper. Cook for 10minutes and set aside.
- 6
Add the fish stock to the stew and stir. Add a little more water and boil.
- 7
Add the parboiled rice into the stew, stir and cook till dry. Serve with the Titus fish.
