Homemade Nigerian Local dish

Before you cook your Ogbono soup with okra:1 grind the ogbono with dry mill2 cut the okra fingers into tiny pieces. to achieve this, you need to make a few vertical cuts followed by horizontal cuts on the okra fingers.3 cut the pumpkin leaf4 cook the beef and stock fish with the stock cubes and onion5 grind crayfish and pepper6 boil some water and step aside

Its my favorite dish. It is a dish that was discovered in Nigeria and it is still prepared in Nigeria under the name Okazi leaf soup. It is very tasty and enjoyed by 80% of Cameroonians.

I slightly overcooked my vegetables here but it still came out tasting nice. It had a slight spicy mushroom flavour.

It is nice, very simple to prepare

This is a light easy and bold tasting dish,, double tbe ingredients for 4 or more people.

This is my favourite food for autumn and winter, it is really good to make you warm :) it should be a little sweet but not too much. You can eat it with roasted baguette with herbs or only with bread ;) Enjoy!

If is not HOT is a No No for me, however you have the option to be a pro chilli or non pro 😂 my addiction is so bad that I carry small hot bottle sauce in my hand bag each time I'm informed or taken out to a restaturant "I got hot sauce in my bag swag" says Beyonce 😂😂😂 this dish is one of the popular traditional meal consumed in Australia if you live with your grandmother that is. Is made in different ways using either pasta, potatoes, beans--i have customised this recipe to make it mine and add my own twist to it. Hope y'all enjoy it as much as I did😄😘
