Just wanted to give my chicken sauce a different taste

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 2kilos of chicken
  2. 1big shelled coconut
  3. Yellow bell pepper diced
  4. Red bell pepper diced
  5. Green bell pepper diced
  6. 1big purple onions diced
  7. Halftsp curry powder
  8. HalfTsp thyme
  9. Halftsp cinnamon
  10. 1glove of garlic shredded
  11. Ginger not much grated
  12. Seasonings
  13. 1 pinchsalt to taste
  14. Spring onions diced
  15. 1 tspCayenne pepper
  16. 2 piecesmall yellow pepper
  17. Small veg oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the chicken in clean water

  2. 2

    Put in the pot don’t add any water

  3. 3

    Add of the diced vegetables to the chicken,the garlic, onions and ginger too

  4. 4

    Add the dry recipes,cinnamon,curry and thyme,salt and seasoning

  5. 5

    Cover and put on heat till the chicken is tender

  6. 6

    Grate the coconut in to a tiny flakes toast it on a dry pan on low heat until it turns a little brown

  7. 7

    Put another pan on heat add a little oil allow to heat up a bit add the chicken and fry until it turns out a little brown

  8. 8

    Add the remaining vegetable and stir fry a bit with the chicken

  9. 9

    Add some of the chicken stock and cover allow to cook for 2 minuets

  10. 10

    Bring it out of heat all to cool and add the toasted coconut flakes and stir together

  11. 11

    Then serve with any salad of your choice
