Ingredients

  1. 2 piecescod fish
  2. 1tomato
  3. 5 cmleek
  4. 1 tablespoonstarch or flour
  5. 1 teaspoonolive oil
  6. 30 gbutter
  7. soya sause
  8. salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Chop tomato and leek into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Cover the fish with starch(or flour) and season it with salt & pepper.

  3. 3

    Coat the base of frying pan with olive oil and heat the fish in the pan skin-side down.

    Cook both sides of fish until it turns golden brown and well-cooked.

  5. 5

    Add butter and cover the fish. Add soya sauce.

  6. 6

    Spread tomato on plate, place fish on it and decorate with leek.
