    Wash meat, stock fish and dried fish and boil together with o6seasoning

    When meat is cooked fry Eguisi in a separate pot with Palm oil

  3. 3

    Then add the cooked meat broth, allow to cook a little then add the sliced and washed vegetables and allow to simmer. For few minutes, then turn off fire

  4. 4

    Boil water, when boiled, pour hot and in bowl, add garri, leave for 2minutes and mix with a spatula
