    Boil 2 cups of water, then add 1tbpn of oil, salt and cous cous(1 pkt) to the boiled water and allow it to simmer for 3mins on low heat.

    Slice onions and tomatoes, then set aside

    Cut and wash spinach and spring onion, then set aside.

    In a pan, add some oil, garlic, sliced onion and salt. Stir it well and allow it to fry for 2mins. Pour the blended pepper, maggi, cooked meat onga, curry powder, stir and allow to fry for 2mins on low heat.

    Add the spinach and spring onion. Its done after 1min.
