Sieve flour

Add corn flour,salt.

Add water and egg and mix to a smooth consistency.no lumps pls. If u hv lumps sieve ur batter

Clean non stick pan and keep under low heat

Dip brush in mixture /batter and spread on hot stick pan. Make sure it is thin

Allow wrap to start coming up from d edged and peel

Do that till ur tru with it.clean with wet cloth and repeat till u finish. cool the cooked wrappers separately before overlapping to avoid sticking to each other

Now cut into rectangle shapes and fold in the already prepared fillings and roll

U can keep in the freezer whenever u feel like it u bring it out and fry or u can fry now like I did.

So I think it's better to rehydrate them in cold water until you get the hang of it to avoid mistakes.
