    Pour water in a pot and let the water heater up alitte then paste your semo and add the mixture to the water with little veg.oil to look smooth and u turn it

    Stir till the mixture thicks then add small portion of semolina Be turn well

    Then u add a little water and cover to heat up for few minutes then u turn it and portion in nylon.serve with any soup of ur choice

    Put your palm oil on fire bfr it get hot mix your egusi with crayfish and sliced onions with pepper then pour in and continue stirring on a low heat when it fried enough then

    U add in ur ponmo,beef/chicken,smoked fish,stock if required then stir and taste to check if seasoning cube is still required bcus egusi can be funny if d taste is still tasteless then add seasoning cube and a pinch of salt cover to steam up and add your ugwu leaves and leave for few minutes it ready to eat
