Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswhite rice
  2. 1Small bowl kubewa(okra)
  3. 3 cubesMaggi
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. pepper
  6. Groundnut & palm oil
  7. 1big smoked fish
  8. 1/2chopped onions
  9. 1/2kilo meat
  10. Daddawa and Toka or potash
  11. 1 cupstock

Cooking Instructions

    Before you start your soup,boil meat with thyme,1 cube Maggi,pinch of salt and onions for 20min depending on how soft the meat is,cut okra into tiny pieces, and set aside

    In a pot pour palm oil and ground oil to fry meat(optional) pepper,onions to fry for 2min add water,stock daddawa,Maggi,salt,smoked fish to cook for few 20mins before you add okra and Toka to make it draw more.allow for cook for 10mins and serve

    In a pot put 8 cups of water to boil then add your washed white rice to cook for 30mins until soft and white inside have drain before you turn. Once cooked mold into a desire shape and serve
