  1. 21/2 cupsbeans
  2. 4 cupsrice
  3. 3 cupsalready made stew with chicken
  4. 1/4 cupgrated Carrot
  5. 1 cupgrated Cabbage
  6. 2 tablespoonmayonnaise
  7. 3 slicesboiled egg
  8. 1 piecesausage(boiled and fried)
  9. 11/2 tablespoonsalt
  10. Water

    Pick, wash and put the beans on fire to parboil. When soft, wash and set aside.

    Wash and put the rice on fire to parboil. When soft,wash. Pour the rice in a pot, add the beans on top. Add salt and water. Put in fire to cook.

    Mix the carrot and cabbage together and add the mayonnaise. Cut the sausage on it. Coleslaw is ready for eating

    Check the rice, if the water is dried up. Drop and warm the stew.

  5. 5

    Serve the food and add the boiled egg on it.
