    Wash and cut the bitter and spinach leaves

    Squeeze it very well with salt

    Blend tomatoes and scotch bonnet, and dice the onion

    Pour Palm oil in the pot add onion and garlic fry for some minutes

    Add the blended vegetable and dry fish, let it fry

    Add water, bitter, spinach, seasoning, curry and salt

  7. 7

    Allow it to cook for 20minutes

  8. 8

    Serve with tuwon shinkafa
