Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsplain flour
  2. 6 tbspsugar
  3. 150 mlswater
  4. 60 gmelted butter
  5. 1 tbspdry active yeast
  6. Cinnamon
  7. Castor sugar
  8. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Warm half the milk for about a minute, add yeast and half the sugar. Let it rest for 10minutes

    In a separate bowl, add the flour, sugar and mix, create a well. Add eggs, melted butter and yeast mixture.

    Mix together with a spatula till the dough starts to form. Add flour on a working surface and knead till smooth

    Let it prove for an hour, punch out excess air. Knead, roll out and fold in then place in the fridge wrapped in a cling film for 30mins

    Roll out and spread some butter the add sugar cinnamon mixture as per your taste, fold in a cut in small batches about 12 rolls

    Place in a line baking tray let prove for an hour. When well risen, brush with milk and egg wash.

    Bake at 180 C for 25minutes or until well browned
