Ingredients

  1. 11/2 cupfresh methi leaves
  2. 1 cupall purpose flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. Oil as required
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tspCarrom seeds
  7. 1 pinchAsafoetida

    Take fresh methi leaves

    Microwave it after washing

  3. 3

    Chop it.prepare dough of all purpose flour by adding salt red chilli powder, asafoetida,chopped methi leaves and little oil as a moin

    Now make dough nicely

    Roll it with the help of the roller and cut it with the help of the flower shaped mould

  6. 6

    The flower shaped mathris are ready for frying

  7. 7

    Heat oil and fry mathris till golden brown on both sides

  8. 8

    Enjoy delicious mathri,can be kept in air tight container for further use
