Bring water to boil

Make a paste of the maize and cassava flour and cook in by stirring in the boiling water once thick allow to cook for 10mnts

Add in the maize and cassava flour directly and be mixing it gradually not once until it is thick and smooth, sprinkle some hot water, cover the pot and allow to cook for 10-15mnts on a low heat

In a pot add red oil, onions, scotch bonnet, ginger and garlic paste and saute for about 5 minutes

Add water, smoked fish and allow to boil

Add the grated okro and little potash and allow to cook for some minutes then add the seasoning, salt and allow to cook for 5 minutes
