Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFenugreek leaves
  2. 1mediums size potato
  3. 1small onion
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp oil
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. 1/4 tsp fennel powder (optional)
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. To tasteSugar
  12. Lemon juice as per taste
  13. 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  14. 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  15. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  16. 1-1 tsp cumin and coriander pwder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Chopped Fenugreek leaves, boil potato,peel and cut in to cubes

  2. 2

    Chopped green chillies and onion finely

  3. 3

    Heat oil in kadhai add mustard seeds and cumin seeds Asafoetida in it.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion and green chillies in it.

  5. 5

    Saute it add ginger garlic paste and again stir it add dry spices and mix it.

  6. 6

    Add chopped Fenugreek leaves, cook for 1-2 minutes

  7. 7

    Add potatoes and mix it and cook it.

  8. 8

    Add sugar and lemon juice and serve it with chapati or fulka.
