Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupWater
  2. 1 TbspGarlic Paste
  3. 1/2 KgMutton Mix Boti
  4. 1/2 CupCooking Oil
  5. 250 GmsTomatoes (Peeled) (Cut in Cubes)
  6. To TasteSalt
  7. 1 TspBlack Pepper
  8. Ginger (Juliened)
  9. Fresh Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Turn on the Flame. (Medium)

  2. 2

    Add Water in a pot and add Garlic Paste. Mix Well.

  3. 3

    Add Mutton Boti and Mix until changes Colour.

  4. 4

    Cover and Cook for 20-25 minutes on Medium Flame.

  5. 5

    Mix and Cook for 8-10 Minutes on High Flame.

  6. 6

    Add Cooking Oil and Mix for 2 Minutes.

  7. 7

    Cook on High Flame until Oil Separates.

  8. 8

    Add Tomatoes. Cover and Cook on Low Flame until Tomatoes are Soft.

  9. 9

    Mix Well and Cook on High Flame for 4-5 Minutes. (Mesh the Tomatoes).

  10. 10

    Add Salt and Black Pepper. Mix and Cook until Oil Separates.

  11. 11

    Add Ginger and Fresh Coriander Leaves.

  12. 12

    Shinwari Mutton Karahi is Ready.
