Ingredients

  1. 1 cuptamarind (imli)
  2. 2 cupdates
  3. 1 tbspred chili flakes
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tbspchat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Soak tamarind over night. Next day Discard it's seeds. And set aside.

    Then discard the seeds of dates too.

  3. 3

    In a blender jar add tamarind and date pulp, add cumin seeds. Blend it to make a puree.

    Now in a wok add 3 cups of water, puree, chat masala and chili flakes. Cook on low flame until it becomes half in quantity. The sauce becomes thick. Let it cool and keep in an air tight container. You can store it for one month.
