  1. 4 ounceshomemade hummus or ready to use
  2. 1medium cucumber
  3. 2small red and yellow bell peppers, cut into thin strips
  4. 1small bunch of fresh dill

Cooking Instructions

    Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into thin pieces.
    Spread a thin layer of hummus down each cucumber slice.
    On one end, place a handful of bell peppers, along with fresh dill.
    Roll up and serve!
