Cheese chole chaat is a lip-smacking rich gravy that lingers in your taste buds for a long time! The sweet chutney, a combo of dry grapes and banana, is really good. The dry coconut added to the gravy enriches the aroma of the dish, a healthy addition to the diet!

Soak the chana for 7 hours,then add salt and boil it.

Pour oil in kadai and add cinnamon,cardamom and saunf / fennel seeds,peanut and fry it.

Now,add onions and let it get fried and let it become golden brown.Add tomatoes and saute it well.Then add dry coconuts and fry it.

Now,add chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,fry it and let it cool.Grind it well.

Take another kadai and pour oil in it.Add the grinded masala and saute it well.

Add some water and let it boil.Add salt to taste and also add the boiled chana and keep it medium flame and bring it down.

Transfer it in serving bowl and add grated cheese, green chutney,and another spoon sweet chutney and also add pieces of onions and tomato pieces.

You could this as a side dish with bread,pav or mini puris.
