Steps

Wash and chop fenugreek seeds.

Cut the brinjal into big pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add garlic and red chilli. Fry for two minutes. Now add soaked moong dal and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now fry the brinjals die 2 to 3 minutes. Now add the fenugreek leave. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add salt mix it and again cook until the water get evaporated completely and it become dry.

Methi brinjal sabji is ready.
