Ingredients

  • 1 cupmadia
  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 cupfresh methi leaves
  • 1/2 tspajwain /carom seeds
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric, redchile, dhaniya and jeera powder
  • 1 tbspginger paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • as required Oil
  • as required Warm water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a vessel add atta, madia, curd and all other masala and curd.

    With warm water make a soft dough and. Keep it for 15-20 mins.

    Then make small balls. Roll it with help of madia into round shape.

    Then fry it like a paratha. You can also make puri/roti of the same dough.
