Ingredients

  • Ogbono
  • Okro, dice
  • Bitter leaf (washed)
  • Meat of choice, i used chicken
  • Crayfish
  • Palm oil
  • Stock fish, dry fish, kpomo
  • Maggi
  • Pepper, crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook meat, stock fish, kpomo, dry fish till well cooked.

  2. 2

    Then add all ingredients except, okro, ogbono n bitter leaf cook for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then pour in d ogbono, okro n bitter leaf let it cook for 15 minutes. It is ready. Serve with any swallow of choice. 👍
