Kheer preparation:
take milk around 1 lit and put it on oven when it start to boil add gur or sugar 1cup or more as per your requirement of sweetness.😊 when it melts down add some amount of rice flour to make the mixture thick enough that you can make a dough from it you also can add mawa into it. - 2
Outer dough preparation:
Take 1 & 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and 2 table spoon of ghee and lukewarm water and a pinch of salt.mix all the ingredients together and make a dough from it. - 3
Sugar syrup preparation:
Take 1 cup of water put it on oven when it start to boil add 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar and gently start mixing and dont forget to stire it continuously.when it become thicken check it whether it forms a single thread like structure or not.Now comes the final step just take the douh which you have prepared from maida then give it a round shape just like puri or luchi and put the kheer mixture into it and fry it gently.after that put that hot puri or luchi into sugar syrup.
