Lauki/ kaddu ke koftey

Take lauki /kaddu and wash it properly and grate it

Now squeeze all the water from grated kaddu and keep the the water(kaddu stock) aside

Now take a bowl, Add grated squeezed kaddu in a bowl......Add gramflour, Red chilli powder, salt, Coriander and Aamchur powder and mix all the ingredients with clean hands...

Now take a pan...Heat oil in a pan

Make small balls of kaddu or any desired shape and deep fry in oil until golden brown

Now take them in any bowl or tissue paper to remove excess oil
- 7
Now take a kadhai....Heat oil...Add cumin seeds,Bay leaf, Garlic and green and red chillies and onions and mix them well and cook well until onions are soft and aromatic

Now add tomato puree and cook until oil separates

When oil separates...Then add kaddu stock add water and boil the mixture

Now add kaddu koftas and stir all the ingredients and Cook for 15 minutes more
