Half cook basmati rice.(put 2 - 3 drops of oil while preparing rice)

Pour all the water from half cooked rice.

Roast all the spices for 3 minutes.Try to roast at low flame through which it can't burn.

Let all the roasted spices grind all the spices(after they got cool)

Add grated coconut,salt,amchurpowder, to the spice masala we have freshly created.

Now put the stove on,put pan on it, make ghee hot ready for the tadka

Add ginger garlic paste,then add chopped onions and capsicums for fry

One all veggies got fry add freshly prepared masala to it and add salt according to taste

Take cooker and grease it with ghee.remove ring and vessel from cooker.

Add layer of halfcooked rice and gravy ulternate.till cooker gets 3/4 filled.

After that put the doe on cooker(to check process of biryani) panel and close the coojer with led.

Cook biryani until the doe gets cooked.

Serve spicy biryani with yoghurt.
