Steps

Grate the cauliflower and add ginger, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves. Leave it for 10 minutes and then squeeze to remove excess water.

Take a ball of dough and roll it. Smear little ghee and add 2-3 tbsp of cauliflower mix.

Fold it and roll again with dry flour into a parantha.

Heat a tawa and place the parantha on it.let it cool from both sides.

Smear ghee on both sides and cook the parantha till golden brown on each side.

Serve hot with curd or pickle.
