Ingredients

  • 6-8 Raw Bananas
  • 1Onion
  • 1-2 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp each Salt, turmeric Powder, red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon eachCoriander cumin powder,garam & chaat masala
  • As neededCashew nut and raisin (some amount)
  • as requiredFresh Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoonLemon juice
  • 1 tablespoonSugar
  • as requiredWater for boil the banana
  • As needed-Butter or oil

Steps

    Step 1 :- *Boil and smash the bananas* :- First take all raw bananas and Wash it properly. split it's top/bottom notch. Keep it in pressure cooker and add sufficient amount of water to boil. Piled out boiled bananas and smash it in smooth paste with the help of smasher.

    Step 2 :- *To prepare stuffing paste of raw banana* :- Heat the fry pan. Take 1 tablespoon oil in a fry pan. Add finely chopped fresh onion and green chillies in the heated pan. Stir well then add that boiled smashed raw banana paste. Then after add all necessary ingredients like salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder,garam masala,chaat masala, lemon juice, sugar, cashew nut and raisin in the stuffing paste. Your stuffing is ready now, cool it down for some time.

    Step 3 :- *Preparation of sandwich* :- Take two slice of breads. Apply peanut butter on one bread slice and apply Schezwan chutney on another bread slice. Spread prepared raw banana stuffings on Schezwan chutney bread slice and cover it with peanut butter bread slice. Your sandwich is now ready to toast.

    Step 4 :- *Toast the sandwich* :- Preheat a sandwich toaster. Apply some butter or oil on each side (Top/Bottom) sandwich and place them in the toaster one after another. Cook it till turns to brown. Prepared toast sandwich put on serving plates and serve it hot with green coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
