Miyar Busasshen Kubewa (Dry Okro Soup)

Ingredients

  1. Dried Okro powder
  2. Palm oil
  3. Scotch bonnets
  4. Red peppers
  5. Garlic and ginger paste
  6. Onions
  7. Locust beans
  8. Meat
  9. Beans
  10. Seasoning
  11. Salt
  12. Potash

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up palm oil, add ginger and garlic paste, grinded peppers, onion and fry. Then add in your meat, locust beans, beans and pour water.

    Allow it to cook until the meat and beans become soft. Add seasoning and a little salt.

    Then gradually add in your powdered okro little by little. Continue to turn till it's a little bit thick. Add a little potash.

    Lower your heat and leave it for few minutes to cook. Done!

    Serve with tuwon shinkafa or your desired swallow.
