Miyar Busasshen Kubewa (Dry Okro Soup)

Cooking Instructions

Heat up palm oil, add ginger and garlic paste, grinded peppers, onion and fry. Then add in your meat, locust beans, beans and pour water.

Allow it to cook until the meat and beans become soft. Add seasoning and a little salt.

Then gradually add in your powdered okro little by little. Continue to turn till it's a little bit thick. Add a little potash.

Lower your heat and leave it for few minutes to cook. Done!

Serve with tuwon shinkafa or your desired swallow.

I love food lol but my favorite soup of all, is this beautiful palm nut soup. The flavor of the palm nut is indescribable and delicious 😋! The palm tree is just amazing that you can get wine from it and it’s no low class wine either! Palm oil is a must for a lot of Igbo dishes and of course the palm nut soup 🍜 is time consuming but so worth it ! ifuchi -

Morefold meat-beans soup different types of meat and different types of beans. It really turned out well. The Heinz vegetarian beans are packed with so many flavors. The buffalo, ground chuck, the country ham, and salt pork, so many flavors. I kinda feel like I am out on the prairie eating a bit rustic. Then accompanied with whole wheat bread and butter. Yeah super relish. That hint of mushroom throughout pairs well with all the meats in the soup.I picked this brand of salt pork because its not just pack with salt on top of it but is absorbed into the pork. It's not extremely to salty tasting. skunkmonkey101
