Firstly u will boil ur meat wit seasonings n spices den u set it aside,den u wll ground ur tomatoes,onions,red ball pepper n scotch bonnet n also set aside

Then u wl fry ur palm oil wit onion den add ur vegetable oil,and ur grounded T O P,put ur garlic,meat,ginger,black pepper,stock fish,crayfish n cloves n allow dem to fry.(d water must finish)

Den u bring ur washed curry leaf n add den after like 5mins u wl add ur ugu leaf and allow it to cook for 2mins.

Ur edokankong soup is ready. U can eat it wit swallow or rice
