Cut boneless chicken in small cubes or strips and marinate with all seasoning and yogurt and rest for 1 hour.

Pan fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil when done give it coal dum and set aside.

In a bowl add flour,wheat flour,salt,sugar,and oil and knead with Lukewarm water as required.knead to form smooth dough.

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each ball into round paratha and fry with ghee.

Method of chutney:
Blend altogether in imly pulp and yogurt and make smooth chutney. - 6
To assemble paratha:
Take prepared paratha and spread with chicken behari and top with some
onion and mint leaves and chutney and roll tightly and wrap in butter paper and serve immediately with more chutney😋👍🏻
