Eggless chocolate brownie cake

In a bowl add 50 grams of chocolate, oil, and 1/2 cup warm milk. Mix well until chocolate melts.

Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder in a bowl and mix. Then save and add to the liquid mixture. Mix well using a spatula. Add one-fourth cup of milk ok and whisk well. Add vanilla essence and mix.

Preheat the oven in 180°© in convection mode. Brush oil into the cake tin. Put a butter paper. Pour the cake mixture into the bowl. Tap. Bake at 180°© for 30 to 35 minutes.

In a bowl add 50 grams of chocolates, 2 tbsp warm milk, and butter. Put the bowl into hot water. Then whisk well. This is chocolate sauce. After cooling demould the cake. Make small holes with toothpicks. Pour the chocolate sauce on the top of the cake. Sprinkle white choco chips on the cake. Cut into pieces and serve.
