Mix curd and ginger garlic paste. And dry masala marinates paneer. keep aside. shallow fry paneer and keep aside.

Marinate diced onions and capsicum and shallow fry or grill.

Heat oil in a Kadai adds onions after adding green chill cashew and tomatoes cook till soft. when cool grind along with green elachi.long.dalchini.kali mirch. in the same Kadai add a little oil and tej patta. shahi jeera.ginger-garlic paste. Saute now add the masala cook till oil is visible. Now add capsicum and onion.

Add paneer don't cook much after adding paneer add 1tsp sugar if you want sweet flavor.
