[Farmhouse Recipe] Curried Stir-Fry Potatoes

This is basically the filling for Indian samosas.
I make this dish when making samosas is too much trouble.
For the green peas, I use frozen ones straight from the freezer but if you are using canned green peas or boiled split peas, skip Step 3 and stir fry with the potatoes in Step 4. Recipe by FarmersK

Rich Stir-Fried and Simmered Potatoes Rich Stir-Fried and Simmered Potatoes
New potatoes taste great deep-fried, but I stir-fried them instead and then simmered them, and mixed in some mayonnaise...and they turned out rich and delicious!I don't bother to shave the corners off the potatoes. If they fall apart a bit while cooking they're just that much tastier. It takes 10 minutes to cook golf-ball sized potato pieces. Don't heat the mayonnnaise for too long or it will split; just mix it in then turn off the heat, and mix a little more with residual heat. Recipe by kebeibiko cookpad.japan -

Potato Fermented Krill Stir-Fry Potato Fermented Krill Stir-Fry
I had some fermented krill left over from when I made daikon radish kimchi, so I stored it in the freezer. It is also rather tasty as an anchovy stir fry, so I made this.Fermented krill has even less of a peculiar taste than anchovy stir-fry, and it is mild enough for kids. It is made with krill, so it has a shrimp-like taste and looks like sakura shrimp stir-fry! Krill look like small shrimp, and have see-through bodies. The abundant calcium and various vitamins makes a good balance with the protein! Recipe by kebeibiko cookpad.japan -
Turnip & Pork Belly Curry Stir-fry Turnip & Pork Belly Curry Stir-fry
To preserve the texture of the turnip, I decided to stir fry rather than boiling them. The light turnips go wonderfully with the rich pork belly.● If you overcook the turnips, then they'll start to fall apart so give them a quick stir fry on high heat (don't worry if the texture seems raw).● Cook everything on high heat. Pork, Chinese Chives, and Potato Summer Curry Stir-Fry Pork, Chinese Chives, and Potato Summer Curry Stir-Fry
I think curry induces appetites, and i had Chinese chives in the fridge, so I sauted them.I also added potatoes, so it is filling; the Chinese chives are filled with fiber, and the pork absorbs the nutrients, turning this into an all-purpose stir-fry.Two main points are pre-seasoning the pork, and flavoring it with soy sauce. Adding garlic when sauteing the pork will give this more of an Asian-style. You can also use store-bought curry roux, but this might mean that there will not be enough water, so adjust the amount of water. For 2~3 people. Recipe by Shinyori-na cookpad.japan -
Barbeque Sauced Stir-fried Pork and Potatoes Barbeque Sauced Stir-fried Pork and Potatoes
I wanted to make a festive looking dish using cheap thinly sliced pork offcuts. So I combined them with potatoes, and flavored it all with a ketchup based barbeque sauce, which everyone in my family loves. If you use very thinly sliced pork offcuts, it will taste like beef stew.If you use lean pork that's sliced more thickly, it will be more voluminous, which men like.Add some mushrooms if you have them in your refrigerator to make the dish even more extravagant.
